Need minimum 1GHz, 64MB SD-RAM, 20GB HD PC

Looking for a PC that has a minimum of the following:  1GHz processor (Intel or AMD), 64MB SD-RAM, 20GB hard drive.

Creating a lil' family server/private server of sorts to hosts websites and FTP and what not... nothing big. Must run Windows Serv 03. Prefered price range $50 - $70.

Is your work retiring PCs to replace them? Civista was doing that while I was there...changing over the crappy HP's to Dell's. But I just wanted to beat those HP's with a sledge hammer and say "Have a nice day!"

What are the specs on them?

At work we lease all of our desktops and laptops, the four I was able to take home were purchased.  They were left over from previous leases because they weren't sent back for various reasons.

128-256MB RAM
20-40GB HDD
CD-ROM
Floppy
